Architectural Photography - Illini Central Grade School
I recently photographed the updated Illini Central Grade School for PCM+Design Architects, documenting a wide range of flexible, purpose-built learning spaces.
The project includes bright lobbies and hallways, front offices, and new classrooms, alongside hands-on career and technical areas for carpentry, small engines, and welding. The gym and fitness space is designed for flexibility, with drop-down nets and retractable bleachers, while STEM, music, and the all-purpose room support collaboration and creativity throughout the school.
It was a pleasure capturing a project that reflects how thoughtful design can support students, educators, and evolving programs.
